As I painted this, I was reflecting on thought and the activities of the mind. I can find myself in a swirl of thought clouds, blocking any clarity, wrapping in rumination. Thankfully, moments of clarity gently appear. Within those moments, movement and choices and action flow with ease. I have found breath and chanting to be gateways to this state.
