seeds

I turned my creative focus to painting in 2020 when the pandemic closed down so much.  I loved to paint large.  I loved to paint with bold, primary colors.  I even used fluorescents because I just couldn’t get it bright enough.  And what started at a folding table grew to taking over room after room in our home.  I loved the exploration of color and shapes. I loved the movement and energy my brushstrokes could infuse in a painting. As I look back on these paintings, I see the seeds of the artist I am now.
